Failed to Launch (AutoCAD 2010).

I've received two calls now on this particular issue. You install AutoCAD 2010 (or 2010 vertical) and try to run the program. Right away you receive the message...

You click to Send report and it comes up with this message.

The most likely cause is a problem with the .NET Framework 3.51 sp 1 install. Peforming the following steps resolved this issue for one of the two calls I've had and I'm awaiting feedback on the second one.

To fix this issue:

  1. Uninstall .NET 3.5 SP1.

  2. Uninstall AutoCAD

  3. Reboot

  4. Install AutoCAD

  5. Reboot and test.
