Hear Ye! Hear Ye! AutoCAD 2010 is now shipping.

Yes the latest version of AutoCAD is now shipping - AutoCAD 2010. If you're on Subscription you'll be receiving it soon. I've also heard you can download it from the Subscription website.

One interesting thing you'll notice during install is you need a "Product Key". It should be on the same sticker as your serial number. This is unique to the product you purchased and makes it easy to identify what media you installed from after the fact!

There is also an interesting System Requirement with this release. According to Shaan's post on "Between the Lines" you need an SSE2 supported processor (many current systems already have this). If the link doesn't work you can copy/paste this one:
